Bowsey is a very pretty, sweet natured mare. We have owned her since she was a yearling and she has always been a delight to handle. We have met Bowsey's sire, dam and grandsire- they all have wonderful temperaments and are fine examples of Fell ponies. She was shown very successfully in 2002 and in 2003 she was on top form again, Winning and being placed always at the top end. Bowsey was 2nd at Ponies UK show 2003 in a strong class and 4th at Royal Cornwall (where she did an exceptional individual show). Whenever we are at a show, people are drawn to her and she very quickly has a crowd of admirers around her and she is gentle with everybody, especially children. She loves showing and is a natural show off. Boweslyon gave birth to a healthy jet black colt foal (by our stallion Rundales Garry) in the early hours of 8th March 2004. We have named him Copperbeech Charles. More information can be found in our youngstock section. Bowsey gave us a lovely black colt foal on the 14th April 2005, We have named him Copperbeech Chester . 2006 news. Bowsey has been broken to ride just 3 weeks ago and is really enjoying herself. She has been hacking and started some light schooling. She is so keen to go out that its a job to get out of the field without her, even if its raining and dark!! | ||||||
